Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Broke little piece coming from itnitor, still has half of tip

Hello. If you still have the piece you may be able to permanently reattach it with some clear epoxy adhesive. I like the one minute clear epoxy which does not require clamping.
IF your piece is not glueable then I recommend that you order a new part. One good source is http://www.lewiscontractorsales.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=keroseneheaterparts

Keeps shutting off and the fan won't come on at all

How long does it take to shut off? Is this the first problem you had?

All Pro K75 will not ignite. Spark igniter does

most kerosene heaters are basically the same - reddy heat, dynaglow, desatech are all the same. there's a small air compressor built into the axially mounted fan that points forward. the air pressure needed for fuel is 3-5 psi not less, not more! the air feeds through a side inlet to the fuel nozzle where it creates a vacuum venturi to **** fuel from the tank and propels it through a fan nozzle. the aerrated fuel hits the hot surface or spark and ignites. as long as there is heat and air the heater should function.
