Printer indicates toner and error light have replaced imaging drum and toner still lite

if the imaging drum has been replaced already, you may have to reset the counter for it. To reset its counter, press and hold the CANCEL button cancel_button_0.jpg until all lights flash in sequence, after that, you may need to turn off and turn on the printer and test it again..

I changed the drum and there's still a message saying order drum....is there a way to reset that?

(from Okidata's support site)

After replacing the image drum cartridge, reset the drum counter to keep a correct count of the number of pages printed on the image drum.
1. Turn the printer on while holding the MENU 1/Menu 2 button. USERMNT displays in the control panel window.
2. Press MENU 1/Menu 2 three times. DRUM CNT RESET displays.
3. Press ENTER. The counter will reset and the printer will go ON-LINE.

Page count unreasonable

Re you using genuine HP NEW cartridges? If not, you must make sure that whoever has re manufactured the ones you are using has replaced the chip on the cartridge. This tells the machine how many copies are on the cartridge.
