Question about Cell Phones
Welcome to fixya !!
PUK code is called as PERSONAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
PIN and PUK codes are all service provider (Your SIM / Your Connection) dependent, you can never get it from anywhere else, never get fooled by anyone.
All you have to do is to call your service providers via some other phone or landline and talk to a CSR, ask him for the code. He will first authenticate your ownership and will give you your code in ruturn, for free.
If it was helpful please rate or token of appreciation will be esteemed.
