did you change the air filter and do not set it below 70,the tstat is not a gas pedal its works like a light switch, on or off, also please don't use your breaker as a switch its a safety device and will be damaged over time,If the unit starts to form ice (and it should never do that)
set the tstat from cool to off and the fan button from auto to fan on,this will speed up the thawing

check to see if compressor running if ok bad cooling unit or temp sensor

My air conditioner is not blowing cold air. What can be done ?

look for a couple of things ... if the compressor just buzzes intermittantly but doesnt run then suspect its starting capacitor (small rounded metalic rectangle) .. that has wires connecting it to the compressor .. .. if you can hear the compressor start but it still doesnt cool then you likely need refrigerant added .. thats done by adding a saddle valve service port ... any leaks have to be repaired ..

MY AIR CONDITIONER IS NO LONGER PRODUCING WATER FROM THE BACK

Check to make sure the filter is clean. If not, remove it, wash it and start it back up.

The water that you have seen comes from the machine cooling the air, the air conditioner literally squeezes the water out of the air. If it's not blowing cold ... no water.

If cleaning the filter doesn't work, you will probably have to have the unit looked at by a professional.

Sometimes the fan stays on a little longer to cool the motor down before turning completely off.

No cool air and oil in one of the drain lines

I would say that you have a refrigerant leak. The oil was pulled out of the compressor and leaked out with the refrigerant.
