How or can u get a92 yz 80 to sit taller at seat.

You technically can only heighten the seat by 2 methods repack and cover the seat (make the foam pad thicker). Not simple but do able providing you are good at needlework for the new cover. The other method is to use a longer mono-shock. (Springs and spacers will not give you what you want). This will pitch the bike up at the back and badly affect handling and stability. To increase the seat height by this method you will also need to lengthen the fork legs by the same amount as the mono-shock. This will make the bike level.

Tires can have some effect on making the bike sit taller if the side wall and tread height are larger than a normal tire but as they wear you come back to the start. Good luck

When I used grandfathers old table saw with ungrounded cord. It worked fine, I then plugged a jig saw into same outlet. It worked fine. When I laid the jig saw on the table saw there was a spark a

Check the plug that goes into the outlet. On modern plugs, one prong is taller than the other. The taller is the "ground" leg - the other is the "hot" leg. I bet that you just need to flip the plug over so that the other prong is in the "ground". If this works - mark the "ground" leg (or replace the plug with a newer one that has a taller "ground" leg).

What diifference will it make to my speedo reading if my front tyre is size 120/60 ZR17 instead of 120/17 ZR17 on m1993 suzuki rf600r bike

If I am reading the tire size right you are dealing with a different width and not circumference. If in fact it is width it want make any difference, however, if it is circumference then if the tire is smaller the transmission is going to have to turn faster to get 50 MPH or any speed. The speed of your car is measured at the back of our transmission. Smaller tires will make the speed-0-meter read fast and larger tires will give you a slow reading. This is the one that will get you in trouble. With a larger tire and you meter reading 50 you might be doing 60 or more. You can figure the speed of any tire on a car just take the circumference of the tire [how many inches it travels in one revolution] and divide it into 5280' for miles then Multiply it by T=time taken to travel distance then figure in the RPM's and drive your self crazy trying to figure it out.
Again as I said if they are the same circumferance then your speed -o- meter will not change.

Jet size for a yamaha route 66 with a 17/38 sprocket

well, the trans feels like 4 taller gears because with your sprocket change you changed the gear ration and gave yourself taller gears. 1 tooth up front is like 2.2 in back. effectively you changed about 9 teeth. humongous gearing change. Its a 250 and does not have enough hp to pull hard up top.
You don't change jets for gearing per se'. You jet for motor and exhaust and climate. To see if you need to change jetting up top you do a plug chop. Run WFO throttle at top speed and hit kill switch(pull clutch in) then when you have coasted to a stop remove the plug and look at it. you need to see how the insulator looks. Look down at the base not tip. should be chocolate milk color in a band about 5-7mm. thinner or lighter then bigger main jet. darker or fatter then smaller main jet.
JUST FYI-Shimming the needle only affects 1/3 throttle to about 2/3 throttle.
You should probably try to put the 16 back on it will help the bike pull. Too tall of gearing IMO.

A taut telephone wire extends 8 meters from a telephone pole to a stake in the ground 3 meters away. How tall is the telephone pole?

Assuming the wire is at ground level at the stake, the wire is about 7.4 meters above the ground at the pole. How much taller the pole is above that point is unknown given the statement of the problem.

Want to add 6th gear to vstar 1100

Your best option is to fit the rear wheel rim with a taller tire. If your stock tire is a 170/80-15 then try to locate a taller 170/90-15 tire or a 170/100-15 or a 180/80-50 or a 180/90-15. This will lower your RPM's in high gear. Caution make sure you have clearance for the taller/wider rear tire. If your have 2" all the way around the between the tire and the swing arm, this will be your easiest fix.

Makis- is it possible to get 'taller' 4th and 5th gear -stwdst

Changing FINAL drive easy with chain or belt drive - difficult/impossible with a driveshaft. Final drive affects all gears/engine speeds.Possible aftermarket "taller" 4 & 5 th gears available, but not likely.Another/similar model have the same transmission? Is the bike made in a touring ("open road")model? Touring may have taller gears.Perhaps different ratios/gears from another year of same model.Good independent shop may have knowledge of this situation -if a fix is available.Dealers - likely not
