Question about Cell Phones
Most phones come with a one year warranty. there are two trouble shooting techniques that can usually fix this, a soft reset OR a hard reset, which are in the security settings of most phones by default. a soft reset will not erase any data but reset the phones setting to default of original date of purchase, the hard reset will erase everything, so make sure you back up you phone if you choose this option. and the last option you have to call your phone carrier warranty department and make a free claim to have your phone replaced. this usually takes 2-3 business days for you to receive your new phone and you keep your old one until you get it.
