The spring in the breaker is worn.Best to shut off main and disconnect breaker, pull out of box and take it to a electrical hardware store.

Home depot and lowes sell many different types. The numbers you gave match nothing i can find.

I got Bryant circuit breaker than keeps tripping I replaced it and it still trips

You likely have a short circuit or overload condition in the wiring attached to that breaker. Sounds like the breaker is doing it's job.

Can I replace a CEB CU/AL QB breaker with a QBH CU one?

nope breaker has to be rated for the aluminum wiring. if your home is wired with al wiring u need to be really worried bout that. it becomes a fire hazard awhile. should only use al for larger size wires and personally I wouldn't do that either

Air Conditioning Condenser trips @90degrees

the problem may not be the circuit breaker, take an amp reading to see if the breaker is doing its job and tripping on an overload situation. if the circuit is exceeding the breakers rating then the problem is with the unit not the breaker.

We have a westinghouse box and it has a 200 amp main breaker, but we cannot find a 200 amp breaker anywhere. Do you have any idea where we can locate one??

You should get the exact breaker number to be safe. Westinghouse is not Eaton. Here is one example.
There are many places online. 200A breakers rarely fail, unless loose connections on lugs (AL WIRE) cause overheating.

Is bryant breakers ok in a murray box

Look on the label inside the door on the circuit breaker panel. It should list part numbers for acceptable breaker. The key is the part number. Bryant is now owned by Westinghouse. Murry is now owned by Siemens. While many breakers will fit in other brand panels, they are only code compliant if they are listed for that panel in which they are installed. Since names have changed go by the breaker numbers. If the breaker number you have is listed on the label then it would be ok. Breakers aren't that expensive, if you have doubt, go to your supply house that carries Siemens and buy breakers listed for your panel.

I have a Murray panel and Bryant circuit breakers. the service is approximately 40 years old. I tried to replace the Bryant 15/15 and 20/20 with a Cutler hammer and Murray circuit breakers but they just...

It used to be you could never install more than 42 circuit breakers in a panel. If you have that many spaces you cannot install "twin" breakers in the panel. There is a rejection feature for this. Some panels will have a portion that allows twins in part of tha panel, but not all locations so you cannot exceed 42 breakers. You can sometimes tell by the legend that willshow a space divided on some positions and others not. There are many different brands that will "fit" into your panel (GE,Bryant,Murry,Arrrow Hart, Crouse Hinds, Siemens), but only use breakers listed to be used in your panel, or you will not have the protection intended. If it's 40 years old maybe it's time for an upgrade. Be careful in that panel and be aware of arc fault protection when working on engergized equipment.

Circuit breaker only half working - reddish flag?

A red indicator means a circuit overload has tripped the breaker. You mentioned a heater? Does the circuit tripping coincide with the heater running? There may be too much load on that circuit.
Contact the original electrician to see if he will come check it out ( licensed, reputable electrician should have no problem with this). If he gives you the run around, find another. Was any aluminum wiring found in the home inspection?
