Did u unplug the tv about half hour before u change a new tv projection lamp, for the tv so the tv power storage left over to disapper and what ever statictic charges magnatic field left to completely gone or to lower it enough not to harm the new tv projection lamp u just starting to put it in wright? The new projection lamp when u handleling it did u have a pair disposable glove on to not causes human static charges and the oils from ur hand to tranfer to the new tv projection lamp itself to caused to it quality funtions? This is the same exact same brand and make to the tv old projection lamp u are replacing not a clone or a tv compatible tv projection lamp wright?U check all connections are correctly installation and tightly before u turn on the tv again wright?U do all these safety procedures, before and after u are replacing a tv projection lamp will help 90-95% it to work correctly,if the tv causes are just requiring replacing a new tv projection lamp only.

TV doesn't turn on. Tried reset button and unplugging it. Timer/Power light flashes green pretty quickly.

In most cases this is a failure of the DM board in the TV. The part number is 934C116002 but is not available unless the original is pulled by a technician and sent away for a rebuild by a company called PTS. Please take a few moments to rate my answer. Thanks....

Blinking Green Light of Death

I had this similar problem TWICE!!!. I called around for a repairman and they charged over $300 dollars to repair (HELL NO). Anyways I took a trip to Vegas hoping to win some of the money to repair it and left the TV plugged in and BLINKING during my trip. When I came back it was not blinking anymore and I got curious. Well I pressed the power button and to my surprise IT TURNED ON!!!!. A month later I moved to a different house and unplugged my TV to move it and when I plugged it in the DAMN BLINKING GREEN LIGHT OF DEATH was back. Well I thought I'd get lucky again and leave the blinking on, well 2 days later the blinking was gone and ONCE AGAIN MY TV WAS ON...... I hope this helps and works for other people. My point is, before you pay for a technician to repair it and before you give up on your TV and unplug it, Try leaving it on BLINKING for a few days and see what happens.

GOOD LUCK GUYS.
