I have some problem to capture screen in windows. i'm try it by pressing

I understand that you are unable to take screen shots in windows.

Please rest assured I will do my best to answer your query.

To capture a screen shot of the entire screen to the clipboard, press the PrintScrn key.

To capture a screen shot of the active window or dialog box (for example, the WordPad application window or the File Open dialog box), press ALT+PRINTSCRN.

The SHIFT and the CTRL keys do not affect the full screen capture.

Please try the steps and let me know if it resolves the issue.

Transferd vhs to my computer with a zennox video grabber but will not play on my video player help thanks

Hello Mike,

When you imported the video, did you happen to save it as a raw file, or was it formatted as a wmv, mp4, etc? If the former, then you should be able to transcode it into a format that is understood by your player. Otherwise, you may be looking at a codec issue. Consult the log file for the file that you saved, it should tell you what codecs were in use, so that you know what to load into the video player.

No signal from Diamond VC500 Capture Device

I have a similar problem. Sometimes it works fine, but it will often have sound but no picture in the box. Other times, there is no input signal showing when I click on the gear wheel to adjust settings. There is no rhyme or reason to the missing picture. Whe I play it back, I do have the picture - usually.

Problems with previewing/capture with ADS DVD Xpress DX2

I'd suggest removing all your other USB devices. I had heard that a Netgear wireless internet transmitter in another USB port could interfere with the ADS recognizing the signals from the video player or camcorder.

I had no picture preview at first. Then I tried unplugging my internet transmitter from the other USB device on my computer. It worked like a charm and started previewing right away.

I also found I had better luck with the old-fashioned composite video cable versus the S-video cable. Picture still looks great though after transfer, so sometimes old fashioned still does the job.

Good luck.
