Hi! I bought a Digital T-Shirt Printer model UN-TS-MN108 from Unique Products in Qingdao, China with all accessories including a software CD. I made tests the moment it arrived. The problem I have is the image size of the print-out. It can only print 5" X 3". It`s supposed to print up to A4 size max. I checked & rechecked the installation and it was correct. I referred the problem to the supplier through Skype and they suggested several troubleshooting suggestions but to no avail. Finally, they said they`ll give me another Software through a link http://download.sinounic.com/software/setup.exe. Very sadly, I can`t get through that link which I told them. From then on, there was nothing from them anymore. All I need is for this machine to work. It`s starting to affect my business. Hope you guys can help me. Thanks.

noramlly it happens because of 3 things
1) improper stettings of paper size,
2) dirty line sensor,(sensor with light)also called media sensor located on the right side of the catridge carriage unit,clean it from the from downside ,(from the point where light comes) with a cotton bud,
3)faulty flex cable ,connected from logic board to catridge carriage unit,
with these 3,u can definately fix it

I had a similar problem. I put in a new ink tank but did not seat it properly. When I tried to print nothing came out. Worse yet, apparently it burned out those jets in the print head! A new print head fixed my problem. I got it on eBay and am very satisfied.
