no such button on model KUDK0 1TKBL1

  • Mike McMichen Mar 31, 2011

now rinse only is blinking. no other button works

  • Mike McMichen Mar 31, 2011

Thanks, but only buttons I have are in two sections:
Cycle: Heavy - Normal - Light - Rinse Only
Options: Hi Temp Scrub - Energy Saving Dry - Delay hours

    Does this help?

  • Mike McMichen Mar 31, 2011

OK, I see. Rinse only is still blinking and no response from reset sequence. So I guess I will order a computer control board. Thanks.

One last question... because I am only getting lights and no running of the dishwasher, does this take away the thermal fuse as a possible problem? I read where the thermal fuse would possibly be a problem if the dishwasher was completely dead...

Hi

Press and hold the AIR DRY/HEATED DRY for 15 seconds to reset the control, if the issue returns then the control board should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

You can test the thermal fuse with a voltmeter for continuity before replacing the control board.

Light flashing

reset the dishwasher by touching heated dry and normal let it run through that cycle then through a normal cycle got the error blink again. Reset dishwasher by touching heated dry and normal, ran the test cycle, next ran a normal cycle but turned off the heated dry. This allowed the dishwasher to run through a complete cycle did not get the error blink and confirmed that the heating element was out.

Asko D1796F1 builtin...lights are on but no one is home

Our Asko D1796 dishwasher has the lights on the panel working as usual but you can't select a cycle and it won't turn on. We unplugged the pipe. If we turn it off and wait for 12+ hours we have gotten it to work twice.

Touch Temperature Controls not working

Unplugging and replugging worked great! (We left it unplugged for about one minute. The motor started up almost instantly but we still had no numbers on display. I discovered that after replugging, you need to touch one of the up or down arrows for the display to reappear. What a lifesaver this was! Thanks so much.

Start Cycle won't start, just flashes

first of all, with any problem, always try to reset it, unplug it for 20-30 mins or so and replug. it sounds to me like The motor is probably froze up. Very common if they sit for any length of time. Easy to fix too. Just get underneath it and look for the blades on the motor shaft. Give them a turn. BE CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH ANY WIRES though. Unplug it first if you can. good luck.
