The integrated circuit that are used are specially programmed for Casio and are not available from electronics stores. They are usually surface mounted and require special tools and skills to replace. You would need to take this to a Casio service center to replace the chip if that is the problem. Frankly, it is UNLIKELY that is the problem unless you can see burn marks on the chip. Keybaord contacts are the usual failure and require cleaning.

Everything comes on lights can see the music is playing no sound

a fuse gone to the speaker terminal of the end amplifier.
There are four lots steering and power transistors or only an integrated powerpack ic to find possible IC in one or in 2 pieces .... can be defective. final stage amplifier is almost always to find on a large heatsink or the cabinet with transistors, or MOSFETs or a one large STK ic they are almost always short-circuited if defect and it is easy to find if defective with a multimeter as it are conventional vintage simple NPN and PNP transistors, it may be that if you have a multimeter ohm sets and measurement performed no resistance is given on the three legs ie the shorted than you the transistors mosfets or sometimes replace an IC output stage 1 or 2 pieces, but do not forget or bad bulging capacitors are responsible or that there was an overload or shorting a speaker cable that has become trapped in the door or a cabinet.
Much options to suggest in case of no sound or only loose connection by shifting a carpet

My zoom g1x theres no sound.all power are working lcd light are on.but the sound cannot come out.can any one help me..

What letters / numbers that appears on the screen?
If the display is normal, and you can switch to other banks, and can edit each bank, then the problem of no sound, is at the pre-amp IC input, output amp, or CODEC converter.
This is the overall image of G1X inside.zoom-g1x-theres-no-sound-all-power-2ss5ycyvkoajtv035dpuezke-2-0.jpg Next, we zoom-in the middle of picture above.
See the next picture.
IC2 (left) is input pre-amp IC (NJM2100).
IC4 (middle) is the CODEC IC (WM8734).
IC5 (right) is the IC output (NJU7082).zoom-g1x-theres-no-sound-all-power-2ss5ycyvkoajtv035dpuezke-2-1.jpg

Test whether the input IC is working normally, turn ON G1X, plug the guitar, go to BYPASS/TUNER menu. When the TUNER function could work, certainly input IC is not damaged.
Means only two possibilities, namely CODEC and output IC. That is not easily tested, except in specific ways.

May also, there are problems in the input / output socket.
Turn ON G1X. Try the following (see figure below):
  • Test the output socket. Touch pin output socket (right red arrow) with finger / screwdriver / whatever. If sound is heard in the amplifier, the output socket is normal.
  • Test the input socket, Same as above. (left red arrow). (if this happen in this point, problem is clear).

NOTES:
If lcd light are on (as you say), but appearing G1 or d5 or bt, and the system are hang / frozen, this is a different issue to the one described above, and dealt with in different ways too.

Korg i3 keyboard no sound out

Step 1:
Check the setting of LOCAL CONTROL in GLOBAL mode.
Go to GLOBAL mode page 1 (Figure 1-2):korg-i3-keyboard-no-sound-out-fuxmm42irvf2p03kxwfdv02c-5-0.jpg

korg-i3-keyboard-no-sound-out-fuxmm42irvf2p03kxwfdv02c-5-1.jpg Move the cursor from the MASTER TUNE to LOCAL CONTROL. Setting LocalControl should be in the ON position.
When the setting is OFF,set it to ON (use dial TEMPO / VALUE or DOWN / UP button).
Go back to ARR or PROG mode, and play the key to check audio.

Step 2:
If in step 1, the sound still does not exist, then it is a hardware problems, and the possibilities are :
Figure 3, the section in red shading is a block may be damaged.korg-i3-keyboard-no-sound-out-fuxmm42irvf2p03kxwfdv02c-5-3.jpg

Figure 4 is a scheme. korg-i3-keyboard-no-sound-out-fuxmm42irvf2p03kxwfdv02c-5-6.jpgParts that might be damaged in case of no-audio are:
IC 2,4,5 (4570), IC9 (78L05), IC6 (PCM69AU), IC 3 (5216).
Check also the transistors Q1-Q7 (This is the MUTE transistor, and this is most often the cause in case of no-audio).
If you can not fix it by yourself, then leave it to the experts.

Behringer XENYX 1202FX Mixer

It is possible one of the IC's failed.

You can apply an audio signal to the input and with a small amplifier with speaker you can trace through the circuit to locate which IC failed.

The input to the small amp split iattach 2 wires pr test least leads from a meter, ground the ground lead of the little amp to the mixer chassis, and then with the other wire/test lead trace the defective channel 1 IC at a time until you lose signal.

If you download the IC's data sheet, Most likely a 4558 typse, you can speed the testing by simly testing at the amplifier inputs and output of each section of the IC. When you lose the signal, you found the offending IC- use the other channel for compairison.

Digikey has a site search, so you can enter the number on the IC to find if they carry it, or a similar IC, and who makes it- on the item specification page there is a link to the datasheet. While they may not have all of them, they have quite a few.

I HAVE A Yamaha PSR 260. About 8 years old. Recently it became defective.: Only the display lights up . No sound. No response to any button. When volume control is turned, I can hear the faint rustle on...

This MAY be due to a key contact or button that is STUCK "on".

Often this will freeze the controller.

Make sure power adapter is the correct one... underpowered or incorrect ones cause trouble.
