Another option is that you're using a Microsoft product with a key that's already in use.
If you'd like to clear up the issue give Microsoft a call as they control the keys and licenses. It's really about the only option if you wish to use their products.
Good luck! William

i think the operating system has been updated by u(knowingly or unknowingly) and the operating system is not original(pirated/cracked).
Buy an original one or use an oem version if u have got with ur machine.
The best method will be to format and reinstall the operating system and not update it.

you have to uninstall windows and office for your convenience and to remove that piracy warning. after reinstalling your software, DO NOT register your copy of windows nor your office online for the serial key may be blocked or blacklisted.

The problem that you are encountering right now is due to a software failure and malicious software. The easiest way to deal with this problem is to restore your system back to the factory setting. Your computer has a One Key Recovery feature that can restore back the system to the initial state in just a few minutes. How to delete the software counterfeiting

you can completely remove a software by installing some software like CCleaner etc., or you can do it manually by going to safemode.

  • restart the system
  • Press the function key F8
  • select the boot process as "safe mode "
  • After booting go to add or remove program and uninstall the software.
If you have enough knowledge about windows you can go to registry and delete the software.
