Question about Gateway FPD2275W LCD Monitor
There were two last week, now there are ten it looks like they are growing, can i repair them myself
Assuming you checked your cable to monitor connection first.
There is apossibility that the ribbon or cable connecting your monitors internal video board to the lcd screen has a loose connection. Check those first.
A lot of screens also have a ribbon connecting the top and a side board in the lcd screen itself that may have a loose contact. usually this ribbon is at tthe top left or right on the rear of the lcd.
If all connections are okay, then I fear that it may be in the actual video card in the monitor..
