Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

I have a nilfisk GSD. The lead that goes into the hoover doesn't seem to be connecting properly, the hoover keeps cutting out and when you jiggle the lead a bit it'll work for another few seconds. Is this a problem with the hoover or will a new lead sort the problem?

Nilfisk gm 80 hoover has no power will start for a second and stop any idea wat could be wrong tried the plug but it was fine checked the connections they were fine so running out of ideas now

Its stopping because its trying so hard to suck that its overheating, so it cuts its own power. The airways are probably blocked. Check the bag is epty and clean, remove all hair and debris from all brushes and disconnect pipes, push a broom handle down then to clear any blockages.

Where can i order a hoover bag and filter for a nilfisk gsd 80 hoover and how much will these items cost me

First try online using Craiglist, Ebay, or look for local store near you. If you want to save really good. Some goodwill, Salvation Army, Value Village Stores do have new or second hand vacuum bags. Just write what you need, the Model Number, or the Type A or B Vacuum bags. Usually Hoover bags are popular. Except some new ones and also High End Vacuum like Kirby, and Vacuum from TV Informercials.

Nilfisk c120 vacuum - no power

The fuse is part of the motor so is not something that can be changed. Make sure that there isn't a break in your power lead at the plug.
