My acer aspire 4730Z is not turning ON....battery is down....when am connecting dh charger pin to dh lap, dh green indicator of dh charger goes on blinking. Lap top is like completely dead dat even dh...

Here below are possible causes and troubleshooting steps of laptop that can't power on, hope it may help:
Possible causes:

1. AC adapter failure.
2. Power jack failure.
3. Motherboard failure.

Possible troubleshooting steps and repair solutions:
1. Test the AC adapter with a digital multimeter. It's possible that you have a failed AC adapter. If you don't have a multimeter, test your laptop with another known good AC adapter.

2.It's possible that power jack (socket where you plug the AC adapter) is broken. Remove the motherboard and take a closer look at the power jack. In some cases you can fix the jack by resoldering it on the motherboard. In other cases you have to replace the jack with a new one. Using a multimeter, test if the power goes to the motherboard through the jack.

3. If replacing the AC power adapter and jack on the motherboard doesn't help, most likely you have a bad motherboard. Replace the motherboard.

Where do I find Acer Aspire One netbook #A0532h service/repair manual?

1) Free Service Manual,

http://www.tim.id.au/blog/tims-laptop-service-manuals/#toc-acer

Go to the first line, click on the blue One, after Aspire One.

This is a PDF file. The computer you are using now has Adobe Reader on it which uses PDF files.
After you click on the file name (One), it may take up to 30 seconds before the first page comes up.

2) Youtube,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xKSpW3q0GY

3) http://www.insidemylaptop.com/take-apart-acer-aspire-one-netbook/

NOT the A0532h granted, but the pictorial guide may help I feel.

4) http://www.insidemylaptop.com/remove-screen-from-acer-aspire-one-netbook/

Now, may I ask what's going on? What are you trying to repair?

Post back in a Comment.

My Acer aspire one just stopped working for no reason. I plugged it in to charge it but none of the lights come on, and nothing happens when I hit the power button...

Assuming that the AC/DC Power Adapter is not faulty no LED lighting up at all and no image at all on the screen might mean a power management fault on the motherboard.
First try removing the battery underneath the netbook. Then connect the netbook to the power cable without the battery installed. If the netbook powers up without a battery installed then the battery is probably faulty most likely with completely depleted and unchargeable power cells. if so you will almost certainly need a new battery and some little known guidance on the correct management of a netbook or notebook battery (see below). Dead batteries tend to generate a more than normal amount of heat.
If the AC/DC adapter is not faulty and using the netbook without a battery does not help then check the DC power jack where the power cable connects to the netbook to see if the jack is loose or detached from its original solder point on the motherboard.
If the none of the above are the cause of the problem then the motherboard probably has a power track or capacitor fault which might be repairable (as would a loose DC jack) but these types of fault even if successfully repaired can easily come back and the cost of repair might be high compared to the value of the netbook and not worth it since a brand new state of the art netbook with a full warranty would not be very expensive.
Many users take an incorrect approach to netbook/notebook/laptop battery management. These batteries are rechargeable and are only supposed to be connected to the power cable when their cells are low or depleted. Once the cells are fully charged the power cable should either be disconnected and the computer used on battery power alone or the battery should be removed and kept for when battery powered use of the computer is next needed.
Once a fully charged battery is removed the computer can be used directly connected to the electricity without the battery installed.
A disconnected battery needs to be reinstalled and recharged from time to time if it is stored for long periods of time, because the charge in its power cells very slowly dissipates even if is disconnected from the computer.

Acer aspire one.loose power jack when plugging in charger.no power,no lights. cannot charge. what can be done?

Are you sure it is the jack that's bad. I have the same netbook and it is a tight fit. Check the voltage on the plug coming in. I suspect it is a faulty cable. Try that before checking out the computer itself.

Battery will not charge on netbook

Sounds like it may be an internal problem with the charge system on the laptop, if you can run the laptop with the AC cord but it will not charge, I suspect the charge module is bad.
May have to return it for repair.

My Aspire One Netbook doesn't charge the battery

check the ac adapter, the plug on the end may be bad
also the pin in the dc jack ,if you can move this pin
just a little bit, the connection can be broken
new jacks are cheap , if you want to do this yourself
you must take apart
