No problem.
right click my computer.
properties-------->under hardware tab click device manager.
under actions click scan for hardware changes.
it's done.

if this does not help you need to install sound driver again from your driver's cd.

In Windows and on a Mac, you can use an icon shaped like an audio speaker to adjust the computer's volume or mute the sound output completely.

Whichever operating system you are running, it is possible to remove the volume icon from the screen.

Click the "System Preferences" icon on the dock.
If you have removed this icon from the dock, click the Apple icon at the top of the screen, then click "System Preferences."

I cannot remove INBOX.com from my computer?

What computer are you using?
If you're on a windows computer and have tried to remove it via the control panel with no success, go to "My Computer" and double click on your C: drive, assuming this is the location of most of your files.

My Computer > (double click) C: > Program Files > Find INBOX.com

Additionally, you can go to the Start Menu at the bottom left and use "Search" to type in the word "INBOX" and see what associated files come up. Be careful not to delete any files that are not INBOX.com's files. If you do, restore them from your TRASH before deleting the contents of your trash bin.

First off it would be hard to delete a webcam. Once the software was installed at least the drivers anyhow but if i were you i would goto control panel to add remove programs and remove all web-cam software. Then reinstall it then plug it in. More then likely you cant reinstall untill you get rid of the trash left behind on the first one,

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound, video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers
click start control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers make sure you have selected the
(((appropriate speakers))) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there
also
click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar
if his does not fix the problem

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand, system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check
the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good
try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer
hope this helps

Hello my Altec Lansing does not seem to be operating correctly I can hear some sound but no real sound

Hello, Oscar.

Be certain that the Volume is on the max (Start - Control Panel - Sounds ...) and that Mute is not enabled.

Be certain that the connector is connected to the correct jack / port on your computer (usually green).

Test the sound by selecting Speech (Start - Control Panel- Speech).

If necessary, test those speakers on another computer. If it doesn't work correctly, your speakers are faulty.

Hope this helps.

I don't know if you manually erase those drivers, but I recommend you reinstall the drivers with the setup option, then uninstall them, again reinstall them ans see if work, or depending the OS if is Xp or Vista, ?
