Most thermostats snap together and can sometimes be really tight. Look closely into the opening between the thermostat and sub base and you will see where the small, plastic hooks are located. A flat tip screw driver works OK for prying them loose. Be gentle though.

A circuit diagram for samsung np-s3520 laptop motherboard

First, check the output of the laptop's power supply with a multimeter. If it is producing the voltage indicated on the power supply's label, your power jack on the motherboard has possibly been physically broken inside the case some how. Another possibility is the battery itself has become defective.

You will need expert desoldering skills to be able to install a new jack, not to mention skills to entirely remove the motherboard from the laptop's case and reassemble it to its original state again. Motherboards are multi-layered and excessive heating of the board can damage "through holes" that must be cleared and cleaned out enough to insert the new part without damaging the board. Temperature controlled soldering equipment is recommended. If the board has become broken, the laptop is likely uneconomical to fix.

Here is a link to someone selling this part on Ebay @ $4.00 USD+ a few dollars shipping if you're located inside the U.S.

Ensure the pattern of the legs of the replacement is the same as the original. This should be obvious from comparing the pattern on the backside of the motherboard where the original jack is located.

Most of these types of units are sealed and cannot be opened without damage to the case. Even if you could open it, the battery is most likely using connections that are spot welded to it. You will have trouble getting another battery for it that has the same connections.

My 1340 evo 2 is sooting plugs casing misfire trou exurst and carb

Hi William, and the usual suspects are:
1. Plugs in bad condition, wrong type or number or partially fouled.
2. Spark plug cables in bad condition or leaking.
3. Spark plug gap to close or to wide.
4. Faulty ignition coil, module and or sensor.
5. Battery nearly discarged.
6. Damaged wire or loose connections at battery terminals especially the ground cable at "BOTH" ends, ignition coil, or plug between ignition sensor and module.
7. Intermittent short circuit due to damaged wire insulation.
8. If your bike has a CKP sensor you must leave both plugs in
head and check for spark with a 3rd plug. Good luck and have nice day.

The power to my car radio cuts out then comes back on especially at stops

After time, the power output transistors heat-up and develop loose solder connections around the areas of the circuit board that draw high current - thus the signal becomes intermittent. Open the case and closely inspect the solder connections for partial or cold solder connections - re-solder the connection. Also, check for loose cables.

2000 Kawasaki ZX-12R FI light comes on intermittently

Hi, James13279 it should be noted that the reasons your FI light stays on constantly or flashes and your bike will or will not start and may turn over or not, these conditions will vary from bike to bike depending on the year, make, and model and you should always refer to your owners/service manual for proper diagnostic procedures. It should also be noted that any type of prior work done to the bike or an abnormal event occurrence IE: adding accessories, electrical curiosity/adventures, laying the bike down/crashes, rain storms/bike washings just before FI light issues started can be significant hints/aids into tracking down the gremlin. The newer the bike the more sensitive the ECM becomes and will not let the bike start when aftermarket accessories have been installed without being reprogrammed. That being said the usual suspects are:
1. Faulty Fuel Pump, fuse or system relay switch.
2. Battery starting to fail due to old age/damage, perform a load test.
3. A discharged battery, check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
4. Faulty safety switches/sensors: run/off, ignition, clutch lever, neutral, side stand, tip over, fuel, and or their connections.
5. Broken wire or worn insulation exposing wire to a ground situation especially inside wire harness at tight bends around fairing brackets, under dash panels, under fuel tanks over cylinder heads etc. Many harnesses are open on the ends that will allow water to enter and accumulate at v-bends.
Dielectric grease and contact cleaner are your best friends for wire/cable/harness connectors, look for corroded, broken, or loose pins/sockets.
6. Installation of aftermarket accessories ie. exhaust systems, mufflers, air cleaners, fuel tuners, electrical component etc.

Diagnostic Aids
  • Low system airflow can cause an intermittent complaint. Inspect for the following conditions:
    • Any restriction in the exhaust system that may produce back pressure
    • Pinched, kinked, restricted, or leaking pipes, hoses, or fittings
    • A restricted pump inlet hose, duct, or filter
    • Pinched, kinked, restricted, or leaking vacuum lines
    • Heat damage
  • A short to voltage in the pump relay control circuit can result in the AIR pump running continuously with the ignition OFF by back-feeding to ground. This will eventually result in pump failure.
  • An AIR pump that had become inoperative and had shown indications of having exhaust gases in the outlet port would indicate check valve failure.
  • Notice Do not operate the AIR pump for more than 60 seconds. Continuous operation of the AIR pump in excess of 60 seconds will damage the AIR pump.

If the DTC cannot be duplicated and is determined to be intermittent, reviewing the Failure Records data can be useful in determining when the DTC was last set. Also refer to Intermittent Conditions

Not holding charge

It is likely that your rechargable batteries are no longer capable of taking a charge and have become degraded to the point they need to be replaced.

Without a model number, I can't provide you with the disassembly steps to open up the shaver and the correct replacement batteries.

Once the rechargable batteries have degraded to the point that they cannot hold even a minimal charge, it could become possible that the shaver won't operate even with the electric power cord connected directly with a power outlet. Hence, it is a good idea to replace the batteries soon to also prevent damage that can occur to the internal electronics by leaking batteries

You can go to and look for the batteries for your model number. You can also contact them directly to get an estimate for having them do the repair service, if you wish.

Hope you find this info Very Helpful and best regards!

The problem you're experiencing is somewhat common. The lens unit can become damaged if it's opened while in your pocket, or in a case etc. This usually happens without the user's knowledge and appears to be a mysterious development. Basically, what happens is the power button gets pressed and the lens attempts to extend, then the lens gets jammed

Screen keeps flashing intermittently.

There are a number of possible problems.

When the computer is turned on and you wiggle the LCD back and forth and the video becomes corrupted and then if you wiggle it some more and get it to work correclty then you either have a loose video cable connection or a defective video cable. In some cases the LCD will need to be replaced.

If this is not the case then there is the possibility that the video card is bad.
