How do I convert my Gary fisher Tassajara from triple crankset to single . do I need to change the bottom bracket and what crankset would best suit ?

You can get a bottom bracket with a shorter spindle in order to move the single chainring closer to the center of the bicycle. This will allow the chain enough leeway to move from high to low without affecting the chain line.

Any single speed crankset will suffice. It's a matter of budget.

My crankset is loose and i get it tight could you tell me the promblem.

Did someone try to fix your bike for you? Has the crankset been removed?
Does the crankset loosen as you ride it? How do you retighten it?
How far (left and right) do the peddles move when you wiggle the
crankset? If you had a set of ball bearings without a bearing race
(which holds the ball bearings) on both sides of the crankset, then
you may have lost the balls when it became loose the first time. In
that case, simply tightening the crankset will not solve the problem.

When in the smallest cogs at the rear (the last two) and the smallest front ring the chain rubs against the bottom of the rear mech where the pulley wheels are. How do I adjust please. Campag...

Don't use that combination. Really. It is unnecessary as it duplicates a straighter chainline combination and it's also possible that your rear derailleur can't **** up all the slack chain when using small gears front and back.

Cmapy Veloce 2010: Down shifting front derailleur fro big ring to small, chain free wheels not fully engaging small ring. When riding with big chain ring clicking clacking noise.

Both of these issues sound like your front derailleur needs adjustment. I would highly recommend you take into your local bike shop and have them fix it for you. This could be as easy as cable tension or limit screws not being set properly, or could be something is broken and needs replacing.
