SOURCE: Dear Sir.. i have iphone 32

I am afraid that this is a common problem with this headset. There are a couple of things to try but to be honest the 3GS software seems to be the cause of the problem for so many people.

First unpair the device with your iPhone. Next run through the bluetooth setup with it again. See if this fixes the problem.

The other thing you can try is to go to your iPod function on the iPhone. While something is playing go to the bluetooth settings and look at the paired devices and try connecting to the headset again.

If this does not work then I am afraid it is a software problem that the 3GS suffers with and at the moment there is no 100% fix.

I hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa

You must put your headset in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair with a new phone. Press and hold any one of the volume buttons whilst opening the microphone boom. The indicator light should be flashing alternately in red and blue, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Release the volume key. Only then, make your phone search for new devices. After a while, the VMX100 should appear on its screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode (the indicator light flashes slowly in blue).
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

In order to pair it with your phone, it must be in pairing mode first. If it has never been paired to another device before, just by opening the boom, the indicator light should flash alternately in red and blue, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Otherwise, to force it to go into pairing mode, press and hold the volume (either + or -) whist opening the boom. It should flash alternately in red and blue. Only then, make the other device's b'luetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the VMX100 should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful. Now, ot pair it with the other device (the VMX100 is able to pair to up to 4 different devices), make sure the previous device has its bluetooth radio turned off. Then, repeat the pairing process with the other device.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon.

What does a orange power light mean

please see the commentary. God bless you

  • The majority of laptops will display a solid green, blue or purple battery light to indicate that the battery is fully charged. Most manufacturers indicate that a laptop is in the process of charging by displaying a solid or blinking green, orange, blue or purple light. If your battery indicator light is green, blue or purple, the battery is probably functional, regardless of whether the light is blinking. If the light is solid orange, the laptop is probably in the process of charging.

Battery Error Coneventions

  • Many battery manufacturers use rapidly blinking lights to indicate that a battery's charge level is low. In general, a laptop will rapidly blink orange or red when its charge drops below a certain level until the computer is plugged into a power outlet and charged. If your laptop's battery indicator continues to blink rapidly in orange or red or if it remains red even when it is plugged into the charger, it indicates a problem with your battery or the charger.

Great headset till I got an Android - How to connect

To Pair the Sennheiser VMX 100 headset with your cell phone:
At the same time as you open the mic, you also need to push down on the bottom/volume-down button on the side of the earpiece and hold this down (at the same time as opening the mic) until the light flashes red and blue alternating. (Just to clarify, it is the button that has an arrow pointing toward the Sennheiser logo). If asked for a code, enter "0000" (four zeros).
This video shows the bluetooth earpiece connecting to an iPhone 4S running iOS 5.0 (not jailbroken). This is the standard way to pair these devices (and it should work for Android phones as well), but as a disclaimer:
If anything should happen to your phone or your Bluetooth earpiece, it is not my fault.

The following procedure will re-establish the communication link between the Headphones and the Wireless adapter, this is called "pairing". Before you start please make sure both the headphones and the wireless adapter are fully charged and turned off.
Note: The headphones and the wireless adapter come pre-paired from the factory.
1. Press and hold the power button on the headphones. See Figure 1.

Figure 1

2. Continue to hold the button down until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating pattern. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 2.

3. Once the headphones LED is flashing red/blue, press and hold the power button on the wireless adapter. See Figure 3.

4. Hold down the button until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating patter. The LED will blink blue, then turn off for a few seconds then blink red/blue. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 4.

Figure 4
5. Once both the headphones LED and the adapter LED is blinking red/blue, press the volume up button once on the headphones. See Figure 5.

Figure 5
Once the headphones is paired with the adapter, the LED on the headphones will blink blue once every two seconds. See Figure 6.
headphone-flash2.gif
Figure 6
When the adapter is paired the LED will be solid blue. See Figure 7.
receiversolid.jpg
Figure 7
The adapter may continue to blink red/blue for a few seconds even after the headphones LED starting blinking blue. This is normal; the adapter may take a few additional seconds before the LED turn solid blue.
Once the headphones and the adapter are paired, it is not necessary to pair them again even if the batteries on both units are completely drained.
Additional Note: Repeated pairing will not improve the sound quality or give the headphones and the adapter a cleaner connection.
