Not for certain, since there is no official driver for it - too old. If you want you could try the Server 2008 driver, it might work - beware, before attempting that you must install Microsoft KB980731 hot fix or Service Pack 1: they say it will work , but they don't certify it.

Hi! I'm thinking about building my first pc, i already know what GPU and CPU i want, but i'm clueless as to what motherboard i need to buy... CPU: GPU:...

Hello and Welcome to FixYa!

You simply need the Motherboard for Core i7 processors, the Graphic unit you specified needs a PCI Express slot, which will b obvious in a board supporting i7s.
The top 2 getting in my mind are Intel® Desktop Board DX58SO and GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD3R
For more goole for i7 motherboards, and you will get tons of them. Better go for Intel. (Just a suggestion)

If you have any Confusion, questions or issues regarding your problem do tell me.

I built a new computer recently, but the motherboard did not have any integrated graphics. So I added a graphics card, and now it refuses to turn on. The power LED turns on for a split second and then back...

sounds like the CPU or ram are at fault. double check the fitting of each make sure the fitting of the heatsink hasn't damaged the chip. If using more than one Ram stick take one out and then swap them round.
what did you do before to fix the problem? was it a short? check everything is as it should be.
reset the bios using the jumper if there is one.

Remove all cards and all memory. Only use a video card, if needed or the on-board video.
Plug in the power, turn on note the screen messages, if any.
A message should show on the screen something like... no memory, no ... (maybe some thing else).

Test the cpu to see if it is good. You can borrow another, or get some one to test it for you. If the cpu is good, then the mother board is suspect.

At this point if you should be able to tell which is bad.

The kind of things you mentioned could be caused by: bad mother board, bad bios, bad cpu, and even possibly bad memory. (one of those).
A board which hangs like this can also have problems with a daughter card.
