Chances are the problem is the side stand kill switch. Check the operation of the switch with a multimeter. Is the switch mounted tightly or is it loose? Check for any abraded wires or loose / dirty connections.
Its all in the floater setting inside the carburator if you think that you have no more dirts or anything that would make your floater stuck up. replace the shutter valve or the needle thats closing and opening the fuel intakes... take out the carb from the bike put onfuel hose while moving the floater up and down observe if evrythings working/functioning properly... i guess that the only solution...
