I have a 1988 kawasaki ninja zx-10 and if i lean it over onto the kickstand, it floods out when clutch is engaged. if i put it on center stand(standing straight up) it runs completely fine. itll run 30 seconds or 30 minutes after standing up and running. floods out if i lean it over on kickstand for 5 seconds. do i have a float sticking or something? i have i have completely rebuilt the carbs 4 or 5 times changing jets and needles (i though it mightve been bc im in very high altitude, montana, around 4800 ft above sealevel) but the problem doesnt change.

Chances are the problem is the side stand kill switch. Check the operation of the switch with a multimeter. Is the switch mounted tightly or is it loose? Check for any abraded wires or loose / dirty connections.

Its all in the floater setting inside the carburator if you think that you have no more dirts or anything that would make your floater stuck up. replace the shutter valve or the needle thats closing and opening the fuel intakes... take out the carb from the bike put onfuel hose while moving the floater up and down observe if evrythings working/functioning properly... i guess that the only solution...
