Heya

This message will appear every once in a while just to check if its an auto generated message or not because once your account is hacked they keep on sending spam emails to your friends or the email address which are saved in your address book.
This message is for your own safety so i would suggest you to do enter the characters whenever it appears.Anyways it will appear after every 40 to 50 emails you send.

Thanks

SOURCE: trying to send emails -

I don't understand the question well but it could be because you were infected and your computer was spamming then your ISP (Internet Service Provider) had to put you on a BLACK list if it is the case, first shut down the computer for minimum 24 to 48 Hours (so it stops spamming and your ISP gives you back your internit access) call them to make sure it is actually the problem, then make sure you have an UP TO DATE GOOD ANTIVIRUS, scan the computer to clean all infections...

if you want internet access sooner you have to change your MAC address to something els like changing the two last digits to FF then restart the router or computer (if the computer is connected direcly to the modem)

Good luck!

Welcome to FixYa!

The message is not an error but more of a warning. This usually occurs when you try to send 1 email with a lot of recipients or you are sending too many emails in a small time intervals. Hotmail then identifies you as an auto email program which most of the spammers use to send as many email messages as they can about their ads. To minimize the spammers, Hotmail would like to check if it is really a human being sending the emails, thus they require you to enter the characters they are showing.

Solution:
Right click on the warning message.
Click on stop junk mail.
You should be able to see the characters the warning refers to.
Just enter the characters in the input field provided.

You should be able to send the email now.
Note: There is a different service to send email messages in bulk.

Thank you for using FixYa.
Have a great day.

This is my suggestion, try using another sim card with the phone and send a message. If this work it means the formal sim card is having a problem.
Contact your service provider to and explain to them that the sim card can not send message and it will be rectify.

I dont know if you tried this step...

That's okay, it'll just take a few extra steps. Go to Recover your Microsoft account and do the following:
  1. In the Microsoft account box, enter the phone number for the Microsoft account you're trying to access.
  2. In the Contact email address box, enter an alternate email address where we can contact you or send your password reset link.
  3. Type the characters displayed on the screen. This is to verify that you aren't a robot.
  4. Click Next.
  5. To help keep your Microsoft account secure, we'll ask you for some of the identification info that you provided when you first set up your account. Fill in as many of the boxes as you can.

HOW TO COUNT THE OCCURRENCES OF A TEXT STRING

In the cell that you want the result to appear in, enter the appropriate formula from the following examples.
How to Count the Occurrences of a Number
Use this formula
=SUM(IF(range=number,1,0))
where range is the range that you want to search, and number is the number that you want to count.
NOTE: This formula must be entered as an array formula. To enter an array formula, press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.
How to Count the Occurrences of a Text String
Method 1
Use this formula
=SUM(IF(range="text",1,0))
where range is the range that you want to search, and text is the text that you want to find (the text must be enclosed in quotation marks).
NOTE: The above formula must be entered as an array formula. To enter an array formula, press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.
Method 2
Use the COUNTIF() function to count the occurrences of a text string. For example, use the formula
=COUNTIF(range,"text")
where range is the range of cells that you are evaluating, and text is the text string that you want to count instances of (note that text must be enclosed in quotation marks).
NOTE: This formula must be entered as an array formula. To enter an array formula, press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.
Wildcard characters can be used within the COUNTIF function.
The asterisk character (*) represents more than one character. For example, to count all the cells in the range a1:a10 that contain an "x," you can use the following formula:
=COUNTIF(a1:a10,"*x*")
The question mark character (?) can also be used to represent one wildcard character -- for example, to count all cells in the range whose second character is the letter, such as "ax" or "bx."
=COUNTIF(a1:a10,"?x*")

My phone is sending every text message that I send out through SMS and it splits up my text message on the other end how do I stop this

SMS stands for SMALL Message System.

If you texts are as long as emails, they will be broken up. Long messages should go via email. Contact your carrier to ask what their character limit is on SMS. It should be 160 max.
160 characters Sending email to SMS is free for the sender, but the recipient is subject to the standard delivery charges. Only the first 160 characters of an email message can be delivered to a phone, and only 160 characters can be sent from a phone. Text-enabled fixed-line handsets are required to receive messages in text format.

Why text messages are limited to 160 characters

When i try to send an email this message appears: TO STOP SPAMMERS WE SOMETIMES ASK YOU TO ENTER CHARACTERS BEFORE SENDING A MASSAGE. AFTER THAT MESSAGE STILL DOESN'T GO.

You get that message when you are using Hotmail or Windows Live Mail to send E-mail.
Click the hyperlink, and enter the characters that you see on the screen.
When successful, close the "success" window, and click 'send' again.
