Your phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

I have a nokia c5 03 model as i am changing a sim from my phone inserting a another sim it is showing a offline mode and whem i am converting it in general mode it is telling that plz insert the sim . plz help me to short out this problem

My nokia cellphone c5,,got virus...when i turn off and on my mobile phone memory full appears on my phone and next it will turn off automatically...this will happen everytime...

In the offline profile you cannot make or receive any calls, or use other features that require cellular network coverage.
Please press the power key briefly and select a profile.
