Question about Philips GoGear SA2RGA MP3 Player
You should have been installed the Philips Songbird software on your PC. If not it can be downloaded from here:
1.Launch Songbird and then connect your player to your computer.
2.Select "Repair my Philips GoGear" under the "Tools" menu.
3.Follow the instructions given by the pop-up windows to perform the repair process
I hope your device can work fine again.
