You should have been installed the Philips Songbird software on your PC. If not it can be downloaded from here:

1.Launch Songbird and then connect your player to your computer.
2.Select "Repair my Philips GoGear" under the "Tools" menu.
3.Follow the instructions given by the pop-up windows to perform the repair process

I think you need to reinstall the your Operating System again. You can repair your device using this steps:
Please install Philips Songbird software on your computer and then launch the program.
If you don"t have it can be downloaded from Philips website.
In the Philips Songbird menu bar (at the top), click on the Tools pull-down menu and then select Repair My RAGA.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the repair procedure.

My GO Gear wont start up it just show PHILIPS and then it shutdown it self i did do the reset button but nothing change please help my GO GEAR IS SA3245/37 thanks in advance


When your GoGear is stuck on the Philips logo, a repair can be made using the Philips Device Manager.

When not having installed this "toolbox" on your computer yet, go to the support site for this player:
Download the Device/Firmware manager and run the toolbox.

Error message File System Error

Whenever I go to turn on my Philips Gogear audio video mp3 player, it shows the welcome screen but it doesn't go to the GoGear or the updating screens. Also, whenever I plug it into my computer through the USB cord, the charging screen doesn't show and it does not show that it is connected on 'My Computer'
