Question about Lexmark Printers & Copiers
Reboot your PC and the spooler should start on startup. If it doesn't, your PC has a major issue that's not the fault of the printer software. You should contact your PC manufacturer in that case.

1. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET STOP SPOOLER (this will stop the
print spooler service)
2. type in NET START
SPOOLER (this will restart the print spooler service).
Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
