Gaming problem my coumputer is looking for pixel shader

Pixel shaders are required for almost every single game out these days. As cards progressed pixel shaders progressed *** well, and this can be tracked by the pixel shader version on your graphics card. They started to come out around the time of nvidias geforce 3 series or ait's radeon 8000 series. If you have a graphics card any ealier then those models, you most likly will not have them.

They are built into the hardware, so an upgrade is the only option.

What's soulution of err06

its because the game require pixel shader 3 which is a very complicated technology.

you can't play that game in pixel shader 2.

But still if you have very strong processor and good ram you can play it with swift shader, otherwise it will be slow if you use swift shader.

Patch for running the game on pixel shaders 2.0

Hello,
Unfortunately, the problem comes from your Video Card. This videogame requires a minimum of pixel shader 3 from your videocard. You probably have an older card which has pixel shader 2 or less... The only solution is to change your video card for one that suppors pixel shader 3.0...That's the only solution available to you!

Unsupported pixel shader version detected.2.0 what does dis mean im having a graphic card Nvidia FX5200 what to do i want to play the game

Hi,
This message might mean that the game requires a pixel shader more than 2.0 as the graphic card you have, got pixel shader version 2.0. A pixel shader is a type of program often used with games which allows your card to perform per-pixel effects meaning more pixels per second which increases the quality of the game. In this case Devil May Cry 4 uses high graphics and therefore a higher version of shader. You might wanna upgrade your card to Nvidia 8600gt or more to get better performance.
Hope this is helpful
Best regards

When i run pcsx2 it says your pixel shader is too low

Your video is not capable of handling the required pixel shader to run pcsx2 for emulating PS2 games.

You're lucky if your video card can be upgraded. If not, you better look for new video card. I believe PS2 emulators requires at least version 2 pixel shader.

Resident evil 5 benchmark unsupported pixel shader version 2.0

The game needs Pixel Shader 3 support, which is found on GeForce 6 series and up, and Radeon X1k series and up,

Sorry but a video card upgrade is a must to play this game.
If you're trying to run it on a laptop then you are probably out of luck as they're not upgradable.

Pixel shader

A pixel shader computes color and other attributes of each pixel. Pixel shaders range from always outputting the same color, to applying a lighting value, to doing bump mapping, shadows, specular highlights, translucency and other phenomena. A pixel shader alone cannot produce very complex effects, because it operates only on a single pixel, without knowledge of a scene's geometry or of neighboring pixels. A pixel shader is a computation kernel function. Pixel shaders can alter the depth of the pixel (for Z-buffering), or output more than one color if multiple render targets are active

Run the test below to see what you need to run it.

pixel shader is built into the card so therefore a better card is required to play the game.
