Check the lamp cooling fan of your projector . may be its has some problem. its not running at the correct RPM. Do one thing, Remove the fan from the projector. In the fan there will be a specification sticker. Remove the sicker. now you can see a hole in the center. its the bearing part of the fan. put one drop of oil in it. u can use any type of lubricating oil. rotate the fan leafs with finger for some time. after that re-stick the spec sticker. insert the fan in the projector. power ON the projector and watch.

I replaced the pump motor on my hot tub. After replacing it, the motor would not come on. I ended up replacing the circuit board. The motor now comes on, but when it starts to heat I get a HL code. I...

Balboa switched to using two temp sensors a few years ago. So you won't find a flow or pressure switch. One of your temp sensors may be bad. With out knowing which pack you have I can't do much else for you.
I had a few issues with retro fitting these packs in older hot tubs. If the sensors read more than 2 degrees in diffrence the pack will either give you a flow or overheat message. Depending on witch one reads higher. Try swithing them by swapping them where they plug in at the board. If your still getting the same error you may have a flow issue. If this proves to be the case you can plumb in a by-pass allowing some of the water past the heater. It's not recommended by balboa but has solved their temp sensor errors for me in the past.
Also try putting it in test mode. You'll have to look up how to do it for your model. This is done with a dip switch on the board. Then read what the temp reading on temp sensor one and two is. If the reading are more than 2 degrees apart and your absolutly sure the sensors are good create a by-pass. This will solve the issue. Also be sure to put a ball valve on your by-pass to allow for ajustment so that you can get the maximum flow thru the heater w/ out getting the HL error.

With my thermostat on auto and on heat, and the furnace turns on, the fan will not turn on with it. If I switch the fan to on it will run after I repeat back and forth from auto to fan on several times...

Well, here is the deal: unless you rewired from two wire to multiple (usually 4 to 10 wires) wires, the fan cannot be controlled from the thermostat, even though the thermostat indicates that it can > it is a physical wiring and fan administration issue.

Unless you have a newer furnace, the fan is controlled by plenum temp. Works like this: burner turns on, no fan until the plenum temp reaches set temp,....then burner off, and fan keeps running until pelnum temp drops, and often the fan may kick on a few more times as this temp depletes.

I have an Audi A4 1.9TDi 2004. I was driving a distance of 25km and the car temp gauge went up twice on the journey and I got message on the dash COOLANT with a pic of a thermometer. I then drove 80km...

Make sure you uhave a good mixture of antifreeze it make the boiling point higher as well as the freeze point lower. Check the fans let it idle turn on the ac and wait and watch. If it gets hot and No fan comes on start there / thermastat The t-start should be open around 160-180 degrees you should notice it get to the threshhold then drop 10 degrees / heads check for water in the oil oil in the water .See if you can get a temp gun if every thing else checks good before you get into the wiring.

LO service message

LO is ignition lockout. The heater has tried to fire three times without success. It is usually the prressure switch but can also be the temp limit switch or the vent pressure switch. Locate and jump one at a time to find faulty switch.
