Question about HP OfficeJet Pro k550 Printer
I am having the same problem. I have tried reinstalling, looking for paper jams, blowing it out with canned air, and removed it from a print server network box. I downloaded the Hardware detection utility which told me it was in an error state, but does not give the discription of the state, just instructions on how to reboot the printer, which I have also done many times. Is it a dead duck and time to move on?
