Question about Samsung Blackjack SGH-I607 Smartphone
A few weeks ago, my Blackjack started acting strange. At first, the texting feature slowed down, at times not sending or receiving at all. After a few calls to tech support through At&t, it became completely disabled. I took it to the local At&t store where they told me there was nothing they could do to help.
You will need a replacement. This happened to me TWICE since I got my BlackJack2 in March (once in May, once in July). Also happened to my co-worker who got the same phone at the same store. Tech support said they've gotten a few cases like this. I was told if it happens a third time, then they would allow me to choose a different type of PDA. If your BlackJack is still under warranty, they will give you a refurbished one to replace it. If you have insurance, same deal. If not under warranty and no insurance, you'll have to spring for a brand new phone.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
