I istalled a video game (sniper ghost warrior) on my computer and when I try to run the program i git great sound but no video. All i git is a black screen. I've tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and I'm getting nowhere. can you help me out?

Hi cljones -- Does your system meet all the minimum system requirements as listed? the most important would be the graphics card you have.

Minimum System Requirements
Operating system: Windows XP/VISTA/7
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3,2 GHz, Intel Pentium D 2.66 GHz,
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
Memory: 1 GB RAM (XP), 2 GB RAM (VISTA/7)
Video Card: 256 MB graphics card, DirectX 10.0 or 9.0c, compatible, Shader Model 3.0 GeForce (6800/7600-7950/8600-8800/9600-
9800/GTX 260-280) or Radeon (X1650-1950/
HD 2400-2900/3650-3870/4650-4870)
Hard Drive: 6,5 GB of free hard drive space
Sound card compatible with DirectX 9.0c
DVD-ROM, mouse, keyboard

Im useing a ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro and when i go to play sniper ghost warrior i get the sounds but no video i get a black screen saying invalid format and im using a windows vista tower and a vizio 3

Hi,
Check and configure the video card to the game.
Go to the game menu, video, and adjust it for the right specs to the video card.

Go to this link and click oh"Run Intel Driver Update Utility"(white window torwards upper left). Intel will scan your computer and advise you of updates. You may have an outdated driver causing your problem. If this doesn't work, I'd uninstall game and try again.

Hi,not knowing what operating system your running its not posible to completly walk you through the fix.All I can say is update your video card drivers and your sound drivers,I know you said you have sound but that is most likely the problem.After any program install its a good idea to update video and sound drivers.Hope this has helped if so please rate....
