Question about GPS
If the GPS took a splash it can be wiped off quickly, but! if it got submerged it must be taken apart in the hour of the accident to even have a chance. The pins become corroded and work their way in the ic casing destroying the unit, battery must be removed and circuit boards cleaned with rubbing alcohol. If the unit has quit working you would be further off replacing the system.

Tips for a great answer:
It's definitely easier to comb and de-tangle hair when it's wet and you get a better sense of the natural fall of the hair when it's wet. It's just much easier to work with than dry hair, so even if you aren't going for a full hair wash at the salon, make sure you ask them to spray your hair wet when you get it cut.
