According to ur problem i think the oil has got pumped from the compressor which causes cooling at the top. to solve this problem the things to do is first switch off the refrigerator and then using the heater heat the back side of the fridge near the tubes from top to bottom then after some time u swich on the refrigerator then u can find ur fridge working correctly if again the problem comes then the lead valve is not working properly change the lead valve of the compressor if the problem persists in ur fridge

I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator is not working and you need it to work in cold weather. May I ask where the refrigerator is located? Additionally, what is the model number of your appliance? You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the inside cabinet of the fresh food compartment normally on the left side of a top mount.
