You will have to get your power button unstuck. I do not know what type of button you have but if you would like to at least get your PC on without it instantly turning off, you can remove the power switch connector from the motherboard. You will eventually need to have the switch unstuck, or replaced though.

TV power light blinks off and on and TV dont come on

I had a 26 inch Mitsubishi that developed problems as it aged.  Whenever it went into a diagnostic mode the power light would blink and the set would go through a series of screens to self-test color, focus, sound, etc.  Usually it would then reset itself and run fine.  Once I had to have it serviced and they replaced a mother board.  Eventually (after about 14 years) it just died.

Blinking green reset light

Can you please supply us with the make and model as well as the blink count of the green light. That count should be indicating the problem circuit. Once that info is posted, we should be able to give you more details and possible solutions.
