Question about PANDIGITAL Novel eReader
there are three things involved;
Its either the unit is not turning on, or its turned on and the screen is defective or the unit is corrupt.
First, check the battery to make sure is powering on the unit.
But if it is not a screen and battery problem, then it is possible that the OS of your unit is corrupt.
Just make sure you figure out first, what wrong with the unit, then a solution can be proffered.
Bye for now.

OK above is your user guide, have a look in there and follow the directions for the "Factory Reset" this should reset your device back to exactly how you received it from the factory, you will have to re-set up/configure all software settings again however.
Often you may simply need to hold the button down for about 20 - 30 sec's ON THE CLOCK.... this too will "Reset" the unit.
but have a look through your guide, all answers are inside, & I am sure it will help.
