When i Try to Turn On I Press(Hold) Play/Pause for 3 seconds and Nothing happens,then when I try to Charge The LED Indicator doesn't go red ,It's turn blue! and nothing happens try to enter the SD card it says:"The Disk Drive G is not formatted. You are doing the reset wrong. Try doing this: Toggle the hold switch and put it back in the off position. Then press and hold the center button and the menu button simultaneously for ten seconds and the apple symbol should come up on the screen. Then it should work like normal. Hope this helps!

I have often had the same problem. Resetting the software enabled me to recover. Press and Hold the Play/Pause (center) button and the Previous Song/Rewind (rear) button•at the same time. I held it for about 5 seconds. Then I released both buttons, then pressed the Play/Pause for about 1-2 seconds, the unit powered up and I was able to connect and charge the unit.

• If the reset procedure does not work, you may need to restore the internal software.See your .pdf users guide, this will erase your song list.
