Amsterdam v.freq is 50 hz. at PAL B-G, but if you want to install a Global Digital Video Converter a conversion quality for small or medium TVs that will be used with a different TV system, used abroad, etc

If you provide more info about the model number of your TVs, we will be able to help you; or you can also check the user's guide to see if the TVs are compatible with the "Pal" system over in Holland.

You should have the option of "Auto"..if not , it will be be more expensive to install a PAL device than getting a new TV

If you are using a hdmi cable take it off and switch to component cables if the problem goes away keep it that way. Sometimes the hdmi hookups have bugs like this.

Is my REGZA 42" 42HL167

This REGZA 42" 42HL167 has ATSC digital tuner built-in. when you set the TV to scan for channels, you must set the source to AIR, not CABLE. Since the Digital TV signals use the Old UHF band for transmission, your amplifier is made for this band? Try it without th amp first.

Please leave rating if it helps

Toshiba regza 32hl67 losing its' picture and motion is slow

I have a toshiba regza 32hl67 LCD tv which is only 2 1/2 years old. The picture on this unit just started to go the other day (screen darkens but images are still visible and the motion/movement is very slow). I contacted Toshiba and they just said to unplug the tv for 3 minutes to reset the tv. This doesnt work. I am VERY upset with Toshiba, after paying $800 for a tv that only lasted 2 1/2 years. If anyone has had similar issues and know how to fix it, please let me know. Thanks
