Question about Coby MP600 Digital Media Player
First, connect the player to a computer using USB cord. Wait and allow the computer recognize and installthe player.
Go to "My computer" or "Computer", you will see a drive representing the Player, maybe E: or F: or G:.
Right click on the drive, scroll to "Format" and allow the player be formatted.
After the player has been formatted, eject if from the computer, wait a while and insert it back into the computer.
Now, transfer songs to the player, as formatting would have erased all the songs on it. You can transfer ten to twenty songs, at first, eject the player and try to player the songs.
The songs should player the moment you do this. If it doesn't play, then it means your player is having a software problem. You will have to download it firmware from Coby's site. After that install it on the player and the player should come back to normal.
I hope you understand the above.....
