Plug the device in and click on "start". Click on "control panel". Find "device manager" , right click on it, open and click contimue. Click on the box with + next to "Human Interface Devices"You should see your device there. Right click on each item, one at a time, and you should see "disable" in the window that opens. If you see "enable" click on that and exit. Right click on them again and click on the "properties" tab. you should see "this device is working properly".
