The memory flap is on the underside of the laptop, rectangular in size, about the size of 2 large fingers, open that with a screwdriver, release the catches on the two sides of the ram chip at the same time and it should lift up at a 40 degree angle, pull it out, PUT THE NEW ONE IN AT THE SAME 40 DEGREE ANGLE - OR YOU WILL DAMAGE THE CONNECTORS. make sure it's fitted snugly, then push it down, peace, abz
