Question about Saeco Royal Digital Plus Coffee Maker/Espresso Machine
Hi, well i am sorry to hear you are having problems with your machine, and with a problem such as you describe, it would seem either the grind motor is faulty, or the controller/sensor that starts the motor is? It's just too hard to exactly isolate from a description as you would no doubt understand.
The very best thing you can do to get it repaired at a reasonable cost, is to contact the Agents, or the manufacturer, for & of, the machine, and ask them for a referral to an authorised service center/person.
Now when engaged with the repairer, first only ask for a "Quote" as to the cost and type of repairs required. This way at least, you can then, make an informed decision as to repair or replace.
