Usually the drivers can be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer. I found the link and can be accessed by clicking here.
Click on the MV43N.zip and save the zip file. Extract the contents and you will find the VGA driver. Note that you may have to install it manually by locating a certain inf file which may be done by going to Device Manager and invoking a driver update.
