Some cameras need a higher NPH type of battery. www.batteries.com would be your best choice for good camera batteries. Another thing would be that the battery terminals would need to be cleaned. Worse case would be the camera has a bad solder join at the battery terminal thus causing it not to detect normal charge.

I hope this information helps, please do not forget to leave feedback.

I have a 2008 Accent, The battery warning kept coming on while driving and replaced a new battery but warning popped up again.but the warning showed again ?

The battery light comes on when the charging system is not operating correctly also .
so check the alternator and wiring from it for defects could also be a slipping drive belt for the alternator

Battery light and abs light is on and battery wont stay charged, new battery and altenator is good

This sounds like a bad alternator , maybe it charges at times and other times it does not, check connections to battery and at alternator, also make sure all fuse are good.

Installed new battery yet the battery discharge warning light flickers, comes on then off. I noticed at times when driving 60-70 the light goes off. Today the card won't start, not even a click, click. what...

You most likely have a bad alternator that is not charging the battery properly. Have the battery charged fully and replace the alternator. This should fix your problem.

Battery life

The rechargeables are only meant to last a couple years maximum (pretty good that you got three out of them). Also rechargeable NiMH's have approximately 5 times the power of standard alkaline batteries. Alkaline batteries should only be used in emergencies in digital cameras as they will only last for a short while before they are drained (as you've discovered).

The obvious solution is that it's time to consider purchasing a new set of rechargeable NiMH batteries. Look on the package for a power rating of at least 2,500 mah. Avoid batteries that do not list the power rating as they are generally inferior batteries.

Battery warning light

there is no reset for the light, the light is there for when your charging system is not working properly. you need to have your altinator checked, that will cause the battery light to come on

DISCHARGE WARNING LIGHT ON

It might leave you stranded. Because without the alternator. which I think is your problem your battery will run down in a very short time. Even if you had a new battery.Check the belt first as Toyota Ed suggested. If it's good, and not broken. Replace the alternator and if you have to, the battery also. One could affect the other.

Warning lights

hi this could be one of a couple of problems the first could be that the alternator isnt charging the battery properly unless you get the revs up then the lights go off. This is the usual problem
The second problem would be a bad earth that comes from the battery if this is the case then removing the earth wire where it comes from the battery and goes to the engine or chassis and then clean behind where this earth touches the chassis or the engine use something like sand paper to remove any corrosion then put the earth wires back on then check if you still have the problem.

Is the brake and battery warning light just one light or is their a light for the brake warning light and a seperate warning light for the battery.

As you say when you apply the brakes or signal these lights come back on then it is going to be a voltage problem it could even be that the battery needs replacing this will need to be tested.

The first thing you should do is get the battery and alternator tested as one of these or even both is often the cause of the problem you are having.

Let me know how you get on or if you have any problems or questions just give me a shout back ok
