I would choose Safe Mode, wait for it to finish loading, press start and use the option to turn itself off.
Boot again and get downloaded (asc-setup). Run the utility to clean your registry and that should fix it. is a free utility!

The application configurations incorrect

Title: Office installation
Step 1: Insert the Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise CD. If the Setup Wizard does not automatically begin, then click Start > Run > D:\setup.exe
Step 2: Enter the Product Key from the back of the CD jacket. Note: This is a unique code. Please keep in a safe place! Click Continue.
Step 3: Check the box "I accept the terms of this agreement" and click the Continue button.

Step 4: Choose an installation option, Upgrade (removes Office 2003) or Customize (keeps Office 2003 installed and adds Office 2007, allowing you to use them both).
Note: Outlook 2003 will be uninstalled in either option. Outlook will be updated and your user settings and mail will migrate to the new version.

If you click Upgrade, go on to Step 5.

If you click Customize, go on to Step 4a.
Step 4a: Click the radio button for "Keep all previous versions."

Click the Installation Options tab, left-click the first drop down box and click Run all from My Computer
Click Install Now.
Step 5: Installation will begin. It may take 15-30 minutes to finish.

Step 6: Click Close to complete the installation.
Step 7: The first time you launch any Office program, you will be prompted to activate the software. As long as you have an active Internet connection, choose the default option and click Next

Step 8: When the activation finishes, click Close.

To activate Windows XP:1. Click the Start button, then point to "Programs" or "All Programs", then "Accessories", then "Command Prompt" 2. In the black window with white text that appears, type "oobe/msoobe /a" without the quotes, then hit enter. 3. In the Windows Product Activation Wizard, choose "Yes, lets activate Windows over the internet now", followed by "No, do not register with Microsoft". You may receive a friendly "Thank you!" and your copy of Windows will be good to go. 4. If internet activation fails and the Wizard complains about "too many activations" or an "incorrect product key", you still have the option of calling Microsoft's toll free number to activate Windows. As long as the Wizard doesn't report "invalid product key," options are still open. An "invalid" (not "incorrect," mind you) key is one reported or detected as pirated, so you'll have to find some other way to make your software go. ("msoobe" is Microsoft Out Of Box Experience, if you were curious)

My asus f5rl keeps coming up with boot error 0xc000000f when turned on. How can i restore it please?

Before going any further, please help to confirm the following three points:

1. Does any other error message appear when starting the computer?

2. Did the computer start properly before?

3. Have any changes been made on the computer recently, such as an installation or upgrade?

The issue can be caused by many factors, such as incorrect BCD entries and incompatible hardware or software.

Based on the current situation, I suggest trying the following methods to troubleshoot the issue.

Method 1: Startup Repair from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)

1. Insert the Windows Vista installation disc into the disc drive, and then start the computer.

2. Press a key when the message indicating "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD ..." appears.

3. Select a language, a time and currency, and a keyboard or input method, and then click Next.

4. Click Repair your computer.

5. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, choose the drive of your Windows installation and click Next.

6. At the System Recovery Options Dialog Box, click on Repair your computer.

7. Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click Next.

8. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Startup Repair.

Can the computer be started now?

If the issue persists, I would like to confirm if System Restore was enabled before.

If so, we can try to restore the system to a state when your computer worked properly in WinRE.

Method 2: Use the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) to run System Restore

1. Instert the Windows Vista installation disc into the disc drive, and then start the computer.

2. Press a key when the message indicating "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD ...". appears.

3. Select a language, a time and currency, and a keyboard or input method, and then click Next.

4. Click Repair your computer.

5. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, choose the drive of your Windows installation and click Next

6. At the System Recovery Options Dialog Box, click on System Restore.

7. Follow the System Restore Wizard instruction as usual and choose the appropriate restore point.

8. Click Finish to restore the system.

My computer turn on up to the point to where it ask for passward but then it keeps on rebusting over and over why does it not turn on

You can try going into safe mode and doing a system restore.
To do this, when you first turn it on keep pressing the F8 key until you get some options.
Choose "safe mode" and press ENTER.
When you get into safe mode, click on Start -> All Programs -> accessories -> system tools -> System Restore.
Choose an older date from when it was last working correctly and restore to there. You wont lose any data, but if you installed any new software after the date you choose to restore to you may need to re-install it.

My tomtom one 3rd edition(1g) keeps freezing up and restarting

I was having a similar problem where i would go through the setup screens until I was selecting the map and then it would restart.  What worked for me was to connect it to my computer and choose Operate My Device from the third page of options in TomTom Home.  This let me progress through the remaining set up screens and get to the point where I could enter an addres again.
Don't know if this will work for everyone, but it seems to have done the trick for me.
