SOURCE: cannot set clock on my JVC KD-G335

You need to hold the sel button down for a little while then it will change displays thats when you use youe right seek button until you hit the Clock H to change the clock hour or Clock M to change the minutes when you hit it you use your volume control button to change the time.

SOURCE: Clock

Press and hold the 'select' button until a menu displays. Use track forward to cycle through the menu and the volume knob to cycle through options of each menu. You will find 'Clock H' and 'Clock M'...set accordingly.

The memory on my new jvc car stereo model kd-s17 does noty work whenever i turn the key off then on i have to reset the clock and presets all of my wires are connected


need to check the yellow constant power wire on wire harness to see

1. connected to battery with constant 12 volts
2. if wire has power 12 volts

if no power check fuses to see if blown

with out this wire working right you will never have pre set station on radio or clock
with correct time

Set time on jvc kd g420


CLICK HERE for the owner's manual.

Setting the time is covered on page 12.

Press SEL button
Scroll through the PSM menu items with |<< and >>| until you come to CLOCK H
Adjust by turning the VOL knob
press |<< or >>| again until you get CLOCK M
Set again with the VOL knob - then press SEL again to exit.

How do i set the clock on my car radio model kd-g230


Hello, my name is Israel. I will be glad to help you. You will first need to push and hold the selct button. DEMO will show on the screen use the |<< and >>>| buttons to select clock. Use the voulume knob to adjust the hour and then select the minutes and adjust as you did the hour. When finished push the select button.

Setting clock on jvc kd-g730


To set the clock on the kd-G730, press the "Sel" button and hold it to get into the Prefered Settings Mode (PSM)
The softkey umber 4 should be labeled "Clock" - select this softkey (or whichever one is "Clock")
Use the <<- and ->> buttons to select what you want to adjust (hour/min/timezone/DST) and use the rotary control (the big knob) to set the value.

When you are done, press "Sel" again to finish setting the clock

1. Press and hold SEL button
2. Select CLOCK H (hour) or CLOCK M(min) by using the |<< & >>| buttons and rotating the volume dial to select the number desired.
3. Press SEL to finish and exit.
