Hi, a common cause can be if you have not selected the device type in the device manager, i.e. trusted devices,all known devices box-click on all nearby devices-and by all near they sometimes mean within 10 feet-also sometimes a bluetooth device may not offer any " usable services."Good luck I hope this helps, Prodzilla.

when pairing any device you must set the bluetooth activate on active devices and then in the settings select search for active devices or pair a new device
(this may vary depending on the device you are pairing)
