Question about Samsung Office Equipment & Supplies
Well yes and no,
Firstly your problem has to do with the paper feed mech and gears, it may seem that while clearing out the paper you may have broken a gear on the wheels and now it isnt moving causing the paper to curl. You can take the printer apart and try to rebuild the gear mech but once you find the broken part, finding a replacement for it is a whole other matter..
try this ,,
remove the paper feed tray, Remove the back unit cover (what you open to remove stuck paper,
look at the wheels you will notice tiny gears that grip and pull the paper, rock eack wheel to make sure its sturdy if not, it runs along a bar, tighten the screws at the end on the bar.,
If that fails the gears need to be replaced and realigned which can be done at a samsung service center, Most often in these cases the candle cost more than the funeral so if you wish to repair it its up to you, But no matter how good its fixed it will still never print in alignment. So I'd suggest a new printer.
