Question about Computers & Internet
If you cant get wifi access, there should be a reset button on the back on your router,
press it then plug an Ethernet cable into the router and your laptop or computer, on the bottom or side of the router there will be an ip address, and also a user name and password,
go to your browser, type in the ip address, that was on the bottom of your router. (most likely 192.168.0.1)
then you should be prompted for an user name and password, this is likely admin and password, if it was not on the bottom of your router.
then go through the wifi setup and change your current password, unplug you Ethernet cable and try your wifi connection
