You want to make sure that both your speaker and microphone are your
default device. Go to the Sounds & Audio Devices in the control
panel of your computer to confirm that. If it's still not working,
contact Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty service (they have a 1 year warranty).
