It means that there are already a lot of programs that are running in the background and should be turned off. Since it's an android phone even if you exit the application it's still running in the background. To solve this you need to install an app e.g. Task Killer or Netquin Android Booster. You can search and download them on the android market

You need some space for the gallery to create the thumbnails that you can view in the gallery page, but if you have loads of apps or pictures stored then it might be not enough space to create those thumbnails.

You can go into the storage menu to see what is taking up the memory on your phone and delete anything that you don't need anymore, or for some apps you can clear the cache and this should free up some space

Why is my Samsung Galaxy phone keep freezing up on me?

Could just be that you've let your memory get too filled up.

Check your Recent Apps. If the list is completely full, swipe stuff off to remove the apps from memory.

You may need to reboot your phone first to clear enough memory to fix the freezing issue.

If you keep your memory usage down, you should avoid system hang-up.

How to connect nikon s6500 to samsung galaxy tab 3

With a rubber band? If you want to put pictures from a camera to a computer to a tablet, not only connecting both with a USB cable is enough. Till now with cameras, only software for computers was enclosed in the package. Now the camera's more and more are getting wireless capabilities something else is needed. In your manual on page 104 is entered how to connect the camera wireless to any "smart" device. can be a computer, tablet and a smart phone.
Also read the last part on page 105 and 106, when you use a Eye-Fi card or any other Wi-Fi memory card.
Don't forget. If no memory card is inserted, you can't setup a connection.

I cannot install apps on samsung galaxy pop GT-S5570. whenever I try to install, it is showed that the phone has not enough memory. But there is enough memory. hoe can I solve this problem?

I've heard that an 8GB card is not supported for this phone. Try installing "Apps to SD" software on your phone . This software will provide you all function related to your Memory Card and hopefully allow you to get past this problem.

Samsung galaxy exhilarate keeps saying memory is full but it still has plenty of memory left

I have posted this response on another forum where someone else had reported similar problems.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate and I have had it since April. I like it quite a bit and this memory problem is the only one I have ever had. I just finished chat with an ATT agent on this problem after searching for two days. Mine began yesterday after using Voice Command for texting for a few hours. I haven't added any music or apps in several days and was able to access Gallery and Music with no problem before using the Voice Command App. The only thing I did was download some pics from Facebook in the last few days. I first noticed I couldn't open my Music. Then I noticed I couldn't access Gallery although I could reach my pics and vids by opening the camera and tapping the small icon for Gallery. In this way, I was able to delete some pictures I didn't want. When this didn't stop the memory error messages, I then deleted every downloaded file I could find, a few apps, cleared a bunch of text messages and cleared Data on yahoo Messenger. Restarted my phone. Didn't work. I then found out I couldn't download pics from the Internet. It said not enough memory. I also couldn't view pics sent as text messages. Same message: Not enough memory. I had 1.25GB of music, about 500MB of pictures and videos, about 10 apps and games I had downloaded from Google Play Store and about a dozen downloaded pictures.

This is what the tech from ATT had me do.

The first thing the tech had me do was go to Settings, Applications, Running and shut down all running apps with the exception of the Settings app, of course, and Google Services and Google Keyboard would not shut down. Without restarting the phone, she had me go to Downloaded apps and one by one clear all data and stop each app. I did that. Again, Google Keyboard wouldn't stop but tech said that was fine. Without restarting the phone, I was again asked to check if Gallery or Music would open. No. I was then asked to go to the Web application, open it, tap on settings (bottom), privacy and security and to clear cache, history, cookies, form data, location access and passwords. We checked available phone memory after I did that. It was about a 100MB greater but still could not access Gallery or Music. Please keep in mind all this was done without restarting the phone. I then uninstalled every app I had ever put on it. (Made my home page quite bare.) I connected phone to computer and moved all of my my pics and vids in the DCIM folder to the computer and every song except one from the Music folder. I was asked to check the Gallery and Music apps again and still got an error.

FINALLY I was asked to restart my phone and when it reloaded I was able to access the Gallery and Music apps. I want to note that when I opened the Gallery, there were many pictures under Camera, several under downloaded, a handful under an app I had deleted called Perfect365, 1 screenshot, and blogger pictures which I have no clue where they came from. These pictures were not in the folders when I connected my phone to the computer. Possibly they are on the SD Card? I have yet to explore that.

Bottom line is all these steps together worked but I am curious as to what part actually did it. I can't help but wonder at what point I could have restarted my phone and it worked.

If you try these steps will you restart your phone after each 'step' and tell us if that worked? I really hope this helps others as it is a frustrating and baffling problem.

Have a good one!

Hey i have a samsung galaxy tab and my camera isnt working. . . When i first got it. . It worked fine. . Now its been a few months and my camera got really slow. Now it wont let me even open the camera. ....

Hi Erin,

I don't have the phone you're talking about, but if you no longer have enough free memory in it, the camera may not allow you to take additional pictures. You should review, move or delete old photos from the camera's memory (or if it accepts memory cards - tell it to save new photos on it instead). transfer to your computer via USB cord or send via email from the phone if needed. Free up as much memory as you can (or add memory if it accepts memory cards).

If the phone's memory is full or close to it, the phone's other functions may also benefit from some memory housekeeping / maintenance / upgrade. Don't delete any files other than the photo types (most likely ending ".jpg") or you may cause the phone to stop working correctly.

Good luck!

I can not transfer my photos from my cellphone to my computer . I have galaxy S GTI9000.

1. Connect your Galaxy S to computer using data cable. 2. By default it tries to open Kies. Press the home button to exit kies mode. 3. Push down notification bar. You will see usb icon on the notification. 4. Click on the icon and select mass memory or Disk Drive. 5. Now phone will appear as removable as removable drive in My computer. 6. Open the removable drive, Copy your photos to Computer.
The camera pictures are found in DCIM folder on memory card.

My phone shows "spacelack " problem when i take a picture. i use fly v70

you dont have enough free space on you card.you can free it by deleting some older stuff.in case you have enough memory on the card then you might also check if your phone is using the phone memory as default.you can change it from setings menu of your phone camera.you can access it by turning on the phone camera first and then go to the settings of the cam.once you have accessed that you can change the default storage to memory card.
